We begin by identifying your needs and requirements. Our staff will work with you to develop a profile of the ideal candidate.

The profile may include:

  • Type of Physician and Specialties
  • Duration of the Position

Candidate Presentation:

Next our recruiting team will identify professionals that fit your needs and then present their CV and other credentials for your review.


After you have reviewed all information we will coordinate interviews with the candidates of your choosing. Interviews can be conducted by telephone, conference call, or in-person depending on your situation and preference. We make this process effortless, by assisting you with scheduling and accommodating any special requirements you may have.


After you have interviewed all candidates the last step is to let us know which candidate you’ve selected for your position. We take it from there.


After everyone has agreed to move forward, New Heritage will work with your credentialing staff and the candidate to be sure that all requirements are satisfied before the assignment begins.


Your New Heritage Account Manager will regularly follow up to be sure that the physician is continuing to be successful and productive in their new position. We will continue to be available to answer any of your questions or address and of your concerns, even after the placement has been made.
