They will then review your qualifications and history, and ask you about your goals and interests to be sure they have a clear understanding of what you’re seeking.
Our team then begins working with our extensive network of contacts to explore available positions. We then proceed to discuss options that meet your needs.
Presentation of CV and Interview:
After you’ve reviewed all of the options, you will be able to select the position that best fits your needs. New Heritage Recruiters will then, with your permission, present your information and CV to our client facility or practice. In many cases a telephone interview or conference call can be arranged at your convenience.
If you and the hiring practice or facility decide to move forward, we will document the assignment and make the final arrangements for your new placement.
Credentialing and Other Details:
New Heritage Recruiters will assist in handling your licensing and credentialing. Our team will work with you to simplify each step of the process to ensure that you have a smooth transition into your new assignment.
We will continue to check in with you regularly to make sure that your position is going well. Any full or part-time placements will continue to be monitored as needed. For locum positions you will be paid on your pre-determined schedule.
