Director of Outpatient Mental Health Services

Job Summary

It is an exciting time to join our facility as we expand our Outpatient Mental Health services for youth and their families! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director who will provide oversight to clinical and administrative practices for our expanding programs, building on the facility’s long history of providing quality behavioral coaching and individual, group and family therapy. This position is hybrid, with 70% availability to be in-person and on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational programmatic oversight to the facility’s Outpatient Mental Health and Family Therapy Services.
  • Lead the Outpatient team through implementation and growth process.
  • Identify new Outpatient clinical business opportunities and actively participate in marketing activities.
  • Ability to be on-site 70% of the time.
  • Ensure that services meet best practices and compliance with standards of care based upon client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and other support departments to review financials, meet targets, ensure compliance, mitigate risk and negotiate contracts.
  • Set clear goals and expectations, track progress against the goals, ensure feedback, and address performance issues promptly.
  • Directly supervise staff to ensure the proper delivery of services.
  • Collaborate and interface with partners.
  • Professionally represent agency’s perspectives and philosophy in discussions with external parties such as clinical partners, commercial insurance representatives, county Human Services Agency (HSA) and the Department of Public Health (DPH).
  • Other duties as assigned or needed by the program.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of work experience in a therapeutic setting
  • Master’s or doctorate in relevant field plus five or more years of experience.
  • Experience with marketing programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $127,000.00 per year
