The customer is a provider who is in the process of completing their fellowship but wants to gain experience and hours as they complete this process.  

The Challenge

The provider was faced with different challenges as they were lacking work experience and was facing a non-compete clause in their contract that restricted them from working within a 25-mile radius of their current fellowship. company was faced with many needs for different types of providers. As the provider continued their fellowship, they faced increasing costs of living and loans and a lack of job security for the future.
